Physicians have 24/7 access to our state-of-the-art digital dictation system. Physicians may dictate from any touch-tone phone or via a digital hand-held unit.

For those facilities and/or physicians who prefer to dictate using analog tape recorders, we utilize a courier service which will provide door-to-door service for your tape pickup. Completed reports are returned to clients in the manner which best suits their needs; encrypted ftp, email or printed form.

For facilities which utilize electronic medical record systems, we can transcribe directly onto those networks for maximum efficiency. Our Information Technology team will work closely with your IT department to ensure that we meet your facility’s technology specifications including WAN, VPN, private networks and all forms of remote access.
