Flexible Process

Clients have the ability to dictate at any time, 24x7, via a touch tone telephone or a handheld recording device. We provide our clients with toll-free access to our dictation system..

Completed documents are returned to clients either by an encrypted software program or a secure website access. There is no additional fee for either method, and both meet all HIPPA requirements. Documents may also be faxed , emailed or printed and mailed.

For medical facilities, faxing to referring physicians is available.. 

Our Information Technology team will work closely with your IT staff, if necessary, to ensure all technical requirements are met. We are large enough to provide individual, custom solutions, yet small enough so as not to miss any detail.
