For new clients, we hold an onboarding discussion to learn about your businesses’ needs and work process. We collect a list of the people who will be dictating pieces for transcription, your letterhead, and samples of the documents that we will create for you.

Next, we set you up with the online platform where you will upload the audio files to be transcribed. We offer several convenient options, including Dropbox and HIPAA-compliant platforms.

Once you are set up, all you need to do is dictate your reports or documents, and we do the rest. Clients may dictate any time, 24×7 by phone, digital handheld, PDA or smartphone. You will receive a confirmation that we have received your materials, and your audio file is sent to a transcriptionist on our team who will work with you throughout the time you do business with us. Your transcriptionist will learn your business and become familiar with your needs, resulting in a better quality transcription.

Once your document is completed and checked for quality, often within 24 hours, we will return the transcription to you using the platform you choose, which could be email, Dropbox, or a secure online folder. Completed documents are available for viewing and e-signing from any web browser in the online platform. After signing, documents may be printed to your local network printer and faxed to referring physicians or other parties.
